"Fresh, but the box took a hit"
First impression: it tasted really fresh, so that was a win. The only thing that bugged me was the package showed up a little crushed. Not a dealbreaker, just not perfect...

"Pretty good for the price"
I ordered from nonnis.com and the portions were decent. Like, not massive or anything, but enough to have with coffee, which is what I wanted anyway. The taste was good too, forgot to mention that. I didn’t feel like I overpaid, but a few pieces could’ve been a little bigger. That’s probably why I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5. Still, I was happy with it and I’d order again.

"Not worth the wait"
I ordered from nonnis.com the whole experience was frustrating. I didn’t get clear updates for days, so I had to keep checking on the order myself. The shipping felt way too slow for what I expected, and overall it just didn’t feel worth the hassle. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Didn’t feel worth it to me"
I tried ordering from nonnis.com because it reminded me of the biscotti my aunt used to keep around for coffee, so I was kind of excited to give it a shot. But for the price, I expected a lot more. The quality was fine, but nothing really stood out or made it feel special. Maybe other people love it, but for me, the value just wasn’t there. I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Arrived mostly fine, I think"
It showed up mostly okay, but the box was a little dented. Nothing seemed seriously wrong, so I guess it’s not a big deal, right?

"Tasted a little cheap to me??"
I don’t know, the ingredients just felt kind of cheap?? The flavor was a bit off for me too, so I couldn’t really enjoy it as much as I hoped.

"Ended Up Leaving Empty-Handed"
I hopped onto Nonni's thinking I’d have a fun little browse and maybe find something I liked, but it didn’t really go that way. After clicking around for a bit, I kept feeling like I was seeing the same kinds of products over and over. There just wasn’t much variety, and nothing really stood out or matched what I had in mind. I stuck around for a little while hoping I’d find something, but eventually I gave up and left without buying anything. It was a bit disappointing

"Cookies arrived totally smashed"
I opened the box and right away figured the packaging was way too flimsy for shipping. The cookies were all broken and crushed by the time they got to me, so I’m guessing they got knocked around easily in transit.

"My cookie delivery never arrived"
I ordered some cookies as a gift and got the email receipt right away, but after that the tracking just stopped updating for days. I kept checking the shipping emails hoping something would change, and when I reached out to support they basically just kept telling me to wait. The delivery never showed up, which was really frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t count on them for anything time-sensitive.

"Helpful, but don’t expect a quick reply"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and to be fair, they were really nice and did get everything sorted. Just a heads up though, the reply took longer than I expected, so I wouldn’t count on a super fast response if your issue is urgent. Once they got back to me, it was easy from there. Overall, it was a decent experience, just a bit slow.

"Shipping was quick"
My order showed up faster than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. The box arrived in good shape too. It did come one day later than the first estimate, so I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. If delays started becoming a regular thing, I’d probably look elsewhere, but this time it was still a good experience.

"Nice flavor, just a bit sweet"
Overall, I thought the flavor was really good. To be fair, sweetness is personal, and I can see a lot of people liking it as-is, but for me it was just a little sweeter than I’d prefer...

"Wanted to like it, but the crunch was off"
I was expecting this to be good, and at first it seemed like it might be, but the texture threw me off. The crunch was way too hard in some bites and almost stale-tasting in others. It was confusing because the flavor wasn’t terrible, but the weird crunch made it hard to actually enjoy.
